Last night I made some baked salmon... just two nice pieces, for me and my wife, baked at 350 for 8 minutes, then broiled for another 8 minutes... no basting, no sauces, nothing, just plain, with some fresh lime, a change from the lemon thing on fish, the lime is a bit more tangy and alive... I made some onion rings in canola oil, I steamed some fresh broccoli for about a minute, we like it hot and crunchy... yum yum... GZ™
