Monday October 6 5:34 PM EDT Warnaco -Designer Holdings wait ends NEW YORK, Oct 6 (Reuter) - Warnaco Group Inc and Designer Holdings Ltd said Monday they have received notice of the early termination of the Hart Scott Rodino waiting period for the pending acquisition of Warnaco by Designer Holdings for about $11 per share. The companies said the closing date for the exchange of shares will be Oct. 14. Designer Holdings has a license to develop, source and market designer sportswear collections under the Calvin Klein Jeans and Khaki labels. Warnaco is a manufacturer of intimate apparel, menswear and accessories sold under such brand names as Warner's, Olga, Valentino, Chaps by Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein underwear, among others.
