I can definitely see it in the Albany area, where the wealthy districts always perform very well, while they're just gutting the inner city schools. >The whole argument that "other countries have figured it out" is bogus. Somehow, that hasn't helped us with education or securing the borders. I'm sure you can figure out why. Actually, to be honest, I don't see why this argument is relevant. -Z
