That's a great Website, I refer to it frequently, thanks for posting it... the single outstanding feature of the lemon dish I posted here is that the lemon is not just another ingredient... what makes it work is that it requires the interaction between the large number of caramelized onions and the juice of about 4 or more lemons, the onions actually sweeten the lemon juice and a thick sweet lemon sauce is actually created...
