At least 3 "non frequent" posters have posted a link/info to The EU "finding" against INTC wrt monopoly charges in the last 12+ hrs and not a single reply/discussion. [Here it is again: news.com.com ] Seems like this board has become an outlet a-la Fox News. Ignore anything against the "agenda" and hope it would go away. Not so. These findings are akin to a charge sheet. The equivalent to an indictment in the US. Regardless of one's opinion about the underlying merit of this development, this is a significant development in the AMD vs. INTC landscape & could be a huge blow against INTC- specially in Europe which is (what?) a 3rd of INTC's revs. Most importantly of all, it may really level the playing field for the future (and the strange thing is that as with most government activities it comes belated at a time when AMD really has made inroads at all top OEM's rather than when they really were suffering from these activities in the K7 intro days).
