TechieGuy-alt, good post IMO! I would add that the News yesterday is regarding the "allegations" of the EU. Correct me if I'm wrong , but whether they actually get "fined" and whether it will be sooner or later remains to be seen ! Also, I think if they were "fined" tomorrow, it doesn't help AMD at all. The AMD "civil" case is separate from such a finding, and is unlikely to be resolved ( i.e. verdict ) any time soon IMO !
