OSI actually manages to offload the Eyetech stuff --or at least some of it -- but they are not saying how low a price they sold it for . . . >>12:03PM OSI Pharm announces agreement to divest anti-platelet derived growth factor program (OSIP) 31.13 -0.39 : Co announces its subsidiary, Eyetech, has entered into an agreement with Ophthotech Corp to divest its anti-platelet derived growth factor aptamer program. Under the terms of the agreement, the co will transfer to Ophthotech all rights in the P.D.G.F aptamer program, including rights to its pre-clinical compound E10030, in exchange for an upfront cash payment, an equity interest in Ophthotech and potential future milestones and royalties.
