I'm sorry....I disagree. Either he is lying as the dems claim or he is an ineffective and incompetent idiot (my take). I am not inclined to believe he is deliberately lying but either way he does not belong in the #1 job at DOJ. His handling of this whole matter has been inept. At the very outset, he should have asserted the power of the President to sack polltical appointees with or without cause and said NOTHING more. J.
