Again, I disagree.....leaving Gonzales is place insures a constant drumbeat of dem silliness until 2008. I think there are enough solid choices Bush could make to replace Gonzales which would make it difficult for the Congress make another spectacle of the confirmation. More importantly, leaving this ninny Gonzales at the helm of DOJ is harmful to effective administration of one of the Executive's most important functions... He needs to go....this is a self inflicted wound and the bleeding will only be stopped when he is gone.....
