It's a row house. Row houses are always on small lots. Makes them good for rental properties because for the most part renters see a yard as something you walk through to get to the front door. I've had very few renters who even used the decks we put up and even fewer who are willing to do any yard up keep.

The house is around 1800 square feet before you count the full basement. The bedrooms are small and the bathroom is tiny but it's three blocks away from a major University with a medical school.
