It makes no difference how much money is spent on rockets and anti-rockets, whatever, Israelis will never feel safe. Reason -- their insecurity comes from their guilt and the more land they steal the more guilty they will feel and consequently more insecure. Their guilt and associated fear of retribution is at the root of their paranoia and unchangeable belief that every Muslim is coming to kill them.

And there are one and a half billion Muslims.
