Any reasonable award would wipe out AMD's debt overnight. ATI for free I know there are clauses in the debt obligations that $$ from equip sales, etc. must be used to pay of the debt first. I wonder if they must use damage awards that way also. Could make the fab(s) (38 and NY) buildable sooner. Hafta scour the loan docs some more.... Regards.
