Roundtrip... sold $115k in late 2003 now listed at 110k.. Keep in mind this area part of the Ft Myers/Naples MSA was up there with the highest appreciation rates in the country in 2004-05 and this house was worth in the low $200k range by summer 2005.. homes.realtor.com leepa.org
