Not sure what you are saying.
First, I am relaxed. Just looking for some answers, none of which you provided. You didnt even really give an opinion. You basically just re-posted one of my questions.
<<Where would the "new buying" interest come from today?...>>
That is what I am trying to figure out. why no buying interest.....what will it take to get buying interest?
You asked where the buying interest should come from today. They put out yet another very positive PR and volume was heavy so that is why I would expect buyers.
Volume is rather high. So why does this only go down when the heavy volume is there and news comes out that should entice buyers not sellers?
Your talk of it being summer and people are on vacation and etc does not make any sense. The volume is heavy. It's not like this sits trading zero or very minimal shares everyday. It trades pretty high volume daily. So the buyers are there, they just are not buying.
One has to wonder how the PPS will ever rise if they can put out continued good news, volume is heavy, yet it slowly keeps ticking down to a recent low of .0003, which very easily could be at .0001 very soon the way this is moving. When was the last time this went up? And Stayed up? It appears as if it only wants to go down.
If it cant go up on news of great trade shows, orders pouring in, orders being shipped, expansion into many other stores and chains, then what the hell will make this go up?
This is not a scam company or empty shell. They are a real business. I have sampled the products myself and I think they are very good. But knowing the company is real and that they have real products that are of good quality that are currently being produced, shipped, sold and bought by consumers means nothing to an investor if the PPS only goes down.
Let me ask you the question again. The company is producing product. They are shipping product. They are selling product. There has been no negative news, only positive news that should entice buyers. The volume is there and heavy. So where are the buyers and what news will make this go up instead of down? If news of great trade shows, increased sales and etc, cause this to go down, what exactly do you think will make it go up?
And if they are doing so well, why are they a .0003/.0004 pink sheet? How will they ever get off PS without doing a RS?
How will PPS/Company Valuation go up with so many shares out there? If the company keeps PR'ing increased sales, why does there appear to be non stop dilution?
Again, this may sound bashy, but it is not meant to be. These are serious questions and concerns anybody looking at RSHN should look at.
I love their products, but me loving their products means nothing if I am going to invest in something that would drop on news of Coke buying them out<lol>( I wish!!)
The last thing is a biggy which I have brought up before but nobody seems to be able to answer. There are many, many similar products and only limited shelf space to sell all of these products. How is RSHN going to steal shelf space away from the big boys who have the money to buy the shelf space and the brand name the stores and consumers recognize?
Last year, I spent a good bit of time contacting many many stores and chains here in the southeast. The larger chains said they dont have the shelf space for so many similar products and the brand names that pay and have the name are getting that shelf space, not obscure PS company's they have never heard of. The smaller chains and mom and pop stores think it is too expensive and they get similar products cheaper from the big boys that have the names buyers recognize.
The largest chain here in the southeast told me it was doubtful RSHN would ever get their products on to shelves nationwide unless they are bought out by a big boy. He said they get pitched everyday from smaller companys with similar products and they dont even waste time listening or looking and have no plans to, as they already are comitted to the big boys.
In thinking about us selling out to a more established company that already has the shelf space for their products, who would buy us out when they can come up with, produce and ship, their own products far cheaper then buying a small outfit like RSHN?
And many are already doing this. I go in to any store down here and I see plenty of similar products that rshn has to offer, but with great brand names. So many that there isn't enough shelf space and many of the products have to be put on special end of aisle displays.
How does RSHN expect to survive? I should say how do RSHN investors expect to survive, because we all know with PS stocks that even if the company is doing horrible the insiders are still getting filthy rich. Which brings me to my final point. Since insiders are getting phat (WEALTHY) by simply selling shares, what motivation do they have to compete with Coke and et al? They can just keep dumping shares, even at .0001 and they are getting mucho dinero in their pockets without having to sell a single bottle of anything...... |
