There is a distinct difference in how the 3 acre mansions of B'more are decorated versus a similar place in Atherton, CA.

Oh yeah, we don't do trendy, hon. Maybe downtown lofts might be all stainless and exotic hardwoods with low voltage lighting, but not in Parkton, hon. When people in Maryland ask me what it's like to live in Parkton I say, "Its the kind of place where you can still build an addition on your trailer."

It started out at $799K a year and a half ago. I was really sorry to see the little old white house go because I used to tell people to look for my driveway right after the West Virginia style house with all the wrecked cars in the yard. Plus, our mailboxes never got vandalized because they looked like the kind of people who had shotguns and weren't afraid to use 'em.
