They did keep them on as part time consultants (see 8k). But I'm sure this will be officially bankrupt soon. potp has been a total train wreck.

Wonder if they'll find a buyer for their dpp inhibitors. Probably just bs but at one point they had touted them as having advantages over januvia etc. These days who knows, buy the cpds out of bankruptcy for $100K, start a company, get them into phase I or just more animal data, reverse merge into a public listing and a $30M valuation. :-)
