By the way, their loan covenants require a minimum 75% yield at their Dresden FABs:
(b) a certificate issued by the Technical Adviser confirming
that the Borrower has achieved a minimum of 325 wafer starts
per week on average over a period of four (4) consecutive
weeks (the "Average WSPW"), and a seventy-five (75) per
cent. average process yield over the same period of four (4)
consecutive weeks (the "Average Yield");

I would interpret the use of "process yield" in this context to mean "line yield", i.e. how many wafers get finished versus the quantity started. This much more consistent with the low volume requirement of 325 wafers starts per week. Also, stating any kind of die yield without a die size associated with the yield is meaningless.
