It was an illustration of a point.

The point being (yes I am going to spell it out for you because you don't appear to be particularly bright) that it is deceptive and untruthful to lump in a whole group because of the actions/statements of just a few.

It may be effective as a technique to demonize, but it is neither truthful nor correct.
