Danny,

That's correct. NUZA has acquired a sandwich chain in Oregon. Where did you hear NUZA will have a loss this quarter? The first few days this week NUZA rose in heavy volume. My friend working in a bank told me that this could be a sign of insider buying. However, the price fell today. Would you please ask them when the earning report is coming out?
