What version are you using. This should work;

Choose Investing menu > Security Detail View.
On the Security Detail View toolbar, click Update.
Select Download Historical Prices.
Select the securities that you want historical data for.
Click Mark All to select all securities.
Click Clear All, and then click individual securities to download their historical data.
Click individual securities to select or clear them. (The green check mark means a security is selected and you will receive data for it; if there isn't a check mark it means that a security is not selected.)
Select the time span you want data for from the drop-down list. You can download data for the past month, the past year, the past two years, or the past five years.
Quicken downloads daily prices of the selected securities for the most recent month, weekly prices for the 11 months prior to that, and monthly prices thereafter.

If you want to download historical data for several securities or for a long period of time, the download might take some time.
