That's for true!!

Tonight, I made my middle boy's favourite meat loaf. Bacon cheese burger.

I take 4 lbs of ground round, 1/2 cup of mayo roughly, 3/4 cups plain bread crumbs, several generous shakes of Lea and Perrins, 18 sliced jalapenos diced up real good, two eggs, 1/2 - 2/3 lb of thick sliced bacon chopped and cooked (that all depends on who's nibbling on the bacon at the time) 1 cup at least of marble cheese (cheddar & jack) a few shakes of garlic powder and just the same amount of onion powder.

In a separate bowl, take about a cup of ketchup and squirt in some yellow mustard, mix it all up. Put about 1/3 of that in with the meat mixture and squish it all the ingredients together until it looks even.

Form into a loaf and place in a big old pan. Not a loaf pan, this baby's gotta have some room to throw off some juices in.

Take the remaining ketchup and mustard mixture and slather it real good all over the top and sides of the meat loaf.

Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and let it cook for 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Oh, it helps if you spray the bottom of the pan with Pam or you can line the bottom of the pan with some stale bread so it doesn't stick.
