edwards is a great man, would make a great president and the only wrong thing he's ever done was to trust Bush-cheney after 9-11. for that he has apologized. Smearing him is useless. He is what he is, an average guy who worked his way up to the top of his profession then ran for president. He is also perhaps the best qualified candidate to bring thios country together, something the rightwing fears immensely. The rightwing hates peace, unity and prosperity. They detest it. They thrive only on extreme fear, usually based on lies.
