With capital letters and exclamation point you think it contributes to a discussion of Ramtron to summarize that the Group has moved up another 10 slots because the Group went down last week less than 10 other groups?

And going down less (GDL) "shows institutional interest"?

And GDL "will lead to increased interest in RMTR"?

This must be MDT, Modern, Modern Derivative Theory.

BTW Ramtron is fabless so it is not even a manufacturer.
