The group moving up shows "relative strength" is increasing. Moving up 10 slots in a week is a nice move. Half of the price movement in a stock comes from the strength or weakness in its group (i.e. is the group in or out of favor). And RMTR is in the semi mfg. group even though it is fabless - they have to put it somewhere. This industry group tends to move up in relative strength every year around this time. So it is following its usual pattern. Of course, I 've only been paying attention to this for 30 years so I could be wrong.

Having said that, I think one needs to wait for the market to calm down before going long almost anything.
