I don't know. But the whole worth of Firefox is in the judicious use of their extensions. I would suggest, at a minimum, that you download and try Adblock +, Colorful tabs, Define words, Hyperwords, Tab x 2.0 and Tab browser preferences,

When you get Hyperwords, spend a little time getting used to it's preferences. It does some great stuff for you. For instance, You can copy highlighted text with or without the URL. Makes it very easy to post.

I use three toolbars. Navigation, Bookmarks and Google. Google contains ABC check. A real godsend of a tool. It's "send to" feature allows you to highlight an article and have it send it to your Email. In my case, Gmail. It opens the compose on your same page with a tab, and includes any picture and styling in the original article. Add the Email address and it's on it's way. You can modify the Google bar to get rid of unwanted features.
