Problem is manifold. M&A are shutting down because of credit debacle. Issues regarding aggressive marketing remain open. Hedge funds are meeting margin calls and are pulling out of speculative positions. General avoidance of risk in current market climate means speculative and risk-laden stocks are being dumped from portfolios. VCLK is caught in this right now. Makes perfect sense, unfortunately.
