Did you think she was going to continue coming here to feed the board insider info? My guess is she didn't understand the significance of her information, and ramifications. Probably came from a butthead broker, far down the food chain. The move was mostly over anyway. The company had leaked the rumors when the stock was $10 1/2, in all likelihood. They've done it a million times. Pissed off a major shareholder a few years ago and chased away most all analysts. This is all, of course, in my opinion only.
