I don't trust World Peace Orgs, We can form alliances as needed and we wont benefit in the long run from a World overseeing org, they are too corruptable. I disagree with you on bombing Mecca, because it isn't an enemy target. With regards to brutal and corrupt leaders, each situation is a unique type of problem that requires case by case solutions. "That should be the very first target of the coming war. As with the history of war, each era of war is unlike anything of the past. In the era we are approaching we will be taking sides not as country against country or region but it will be people of common principle against people of no principle. Cultures, ideologies, politics, ethnicities, religions etc must declare a common enemy ... one that exists both within their groups and without. The enemy is extremism; it is pandemic, popular, and worthy.
