"So who is it that we in Democracy are lining up to fight, and who is going to continue their fight with us??????

I have already declared a common enemy for you Ichy. The problem you are having is how that fits in with your ideas of loyalty to your own group. We, in Democracy, have an internal problem with members who are extremists and who recognize and abhor the extremists from out side our culture but consider themselves exceptions to the same things we condemn elsewhere. There are no exceptions, you are part of the solution or you are the problem. I like Democracy and will always chose to live under it, as imperfect as it is, but I don't worship it and I don't give my countrymen a pass to do as they please as a right of birth. Extremism is wrong because it always represents a corruption of principle. If extremism is wrong, it is wrong period.

The idea of loyalty to political or demographic group is as old as tribes but the changes in the globe no longer distinguishes likenesses and differences based on any kind by geopolitical boundaries.

You are a man of principle and conscience or you are not. If you are, or you are not, it isn't because of the political system you were born into. If you are a man of principle be prepared to get very lonely and to be an enemy to the men of the world, whether they are religious or not.
