hope the cash comes through quickly !

Well I guess it's goodbye to all and sundry at this thread. I have
enjoyed talking with the people here and wish you all luck in your
future investments ! Maybe bump into you on other threads. I have a
diversity of tech stocks and will be looking for something that's a
bit different to put my Vitronics proceeds into !

If you others are also on the lookout then I suggest you take a look
at "Undervalued Stocks = Low P/E to Growth Ratios" at -
Subject 16640

One I've just put money into is Swift Energy (SFY) who are in the Oil
& Gas business - it's definately worth looking over, though I will say
as always - you should make your own minds up !

Tender Offer for Outstanding Shares of Vitronics
Completed by Dover Technologies International

NEWMARKET, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 1997--Vitronics Corp. (AMEX:VTC)
today announced that DTI Intermediate Inc., a subsidiary of Dover Technologies International
Inc., a subsidiary of Dover Corp. (NYSE:DOV), has accepted for payment and will purchase, as
soon as practicable, all shares of common stock of Vitronics Corp. tendered pursuant to DTI
Intermediate Inc.'s tender offer for all outstanding shares of Vitronics common stock. The tender
offer expired as scheduled at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, Oct. 6, 1997.

Dover Technologies International Inc. reported that approximately 7,935,940 shares of common
stock of Vitronics Corp. were tendered in the tender offer, which constitutes 80.5 percent of the
outstanding common stock of Vitronics. Dover Technologies International Inc. further stated that
the planned merger of Vitronics Corp. and DTI Intermediate Inc. would be consummated as soon
as practicable, which Dover Technologies anticipates will be in November, 1997.
