I used to have severe recurrent gout and that cured it.

There are many ways to go at Gout and yours is one. I solved mine when I went on Allopurinol and Colchicine. Haven't had a problem since. Mine was complicated by water retention in my feet. I had to use Furosimide to get rid of the water. This is the opposite of what you want to do normally with gout.

Then add to this that my main recreation is Jitterbugging........:>)
