Thank you Smithee and Pat also Iktomi for all your suggestions.

The gastroenterologists(ex.sp) know little about allergies to food. However I did have all the other tests two years ago and it was determined by them that I had no or little digestive enzymes and that my gall bladder was none functioning and diseased and needed to be removed. I had that done in February and have not been any better although I saw a picture of the gall bladder and it was explained by the surgeon that it was diseased.

I went to an allergist but was told that after 70 they no longer test for allergies.. Nice.

I ate a lot of French Baguette bread over the week-end...and had no problem . In fact I have been having a digestive pill before I stick any food in my mouth at all.. including snacks.

AND taking a lactose pill before having anything related to dairy. This seems to have quieted down the gut temporarily.
In fact only one GAS X needed last night and got 7 hours sleep which is rather a miracle.

It's so nice that everyone here tries to help anyone with health related problems.. Very different from most sites where there is more attacking one another and less caring.

Thank you all so much for suggestions and I will possible implement them all or one at a time if I get another flare up.
