You guys have this wrong. If they have 260 millions sahres outstanding. You don't miltiply that by $6 which is the price of the stock. The money we paid for fncly is an ARD!!! Repeat we are trading an ARD not the stock. On the Australian market the stock is trading at $.25 so the market value would be 65 million not 1 billion. We bought an Ard which means that the $6 we apid for the stock probably represents many shares of the true stock. If I am wrong please correct me.
