here's a lil health tidbit, tip

I went in for my yearly physical - blood tests came back with a high red blood cell count, infection - bacteria in my urine

urinary tract infection that went into my kidneys

never felt the 'burning' when I pee'd - no fever

did feel punky and went more often, but nothing that gave me a clue I had an infection

I am fine after 2 weeks of antibiotics
