My take on the GG editorial is here is one more favorable argument for IS95, and in the WSJ. In addition, his point about the domestic use of WLL to compete with wireline once the networks are established may happen sooner rather than later and rapidly becomes the obvious choice for long distance carriers to sidestep the ROBCs to establish local service. To do that cheaply they will need higher capacity infrastructure which MOT and LU seem to be able to do now and hopefully QCOM will in the near future.
