I sure hope it helps with mine.

Another point in the rules: just eat until you are full or at least no longer hungry. If you have to be a "clean plate clubber" then it won't work no matter what you do. Since I started following those 2 rules, I have not been able to finish my plate at any meal, breakfast including.
