........I don't think there is a china mans chance in H*ll that RSHN will BUYBACK shares. They are a PS company. If they had any plans to do a share buyback, or even if they didnt, they would still be PR'ing it to death. Considering they can buy back shares for .0003/.0004 right now but are not, tells me they have no plans to. They don't have the cash, that is why they are using shares as currency.
A RS? Yes, I really don't think they have a choice and it will have to be a whopper in order to reduce the shares to a reasonable level.
Thanks for the response and opinions. Doesn't look like many want to address these issues.
I sure hope there is no RS in the future, but I can't think of many other reasonable ways to lower the shares drastically.
A buy back sounds awesome, but again, this is a PS company with not much cash and is using shares as currency to move forward, so a buyback is a very remote possibility. Less then 1% chance imo.
By the way, I dont have the product names, but I have seen Ginseng 'drinks' popping up all over lately. I have even seen ginseng gum and several other Ginseng products. Seems Ginseng is 'in right now'. |
