"The United States and UK bear a particular responsibility to help people displaced in and out of Iraq," Bill Frelick, HRW refugee policy director, has said.

what does he want the US and the UK to do? Send more troops? It is the disorder, and the sectarian violence that is being fomented by AQI and the Shia militias that is causing the problems, after all.

Yet somehow I don't think this is about urging more troops. This is just about lamenting humanitarian disasters when they can be blamed on the US and the UK.

Once it becomes Arab on Arab, HRW goes away. Heard much about Nahr el Bared lately?
