Black-Scholes Valuation theory is discussed in Financial Options edited by Figlewski, Silber and Subrahamnyam. I have seen it in my local Border's. Be advised that the book tends to calculus --- but then so does the Black-Scholes model itself. Omega's Tradestation offers some built-in functions dealing with Black-Scholes as well as a seperate product, OptionStation, exclusively devoted to trading options.
