News updates(it's good to have ones opinion of Hillary's academy verified by a master):

>>Democrats are in deep trouble over our success in Iraq. Democrat Congressman James Clyburn admits that a positive report from General Petraeus would be "a real big problem for us." Joe Biden ignores the success of the surge to focus on the political side of Iraq. Liberals from Brookings who wrote that positive piece in the NY Times get raked over the coals by the Drive-By media. The AP headline: "US Toll in Iraq Lowest in 8 Months" is bad news for Democrats. What kind of politicians are these?

--Hillary wants to put together an academy for government workers and bureaucrats. It's a Trojan Horse for the expansion of government.

--Bill Clinton comments on the the Obama/Hillary spat with what's hardly a stirring defense of his wife. Meanwhile, Hillary's cleavage is still an item in the news, and her campaign loves every minute of it.

--House Democrats want to file perjury charges against Alberto Gonzales. Lib columnist Ruth Marcus cautions them that there is no evidence against Gonzales, but they're not likely to listen.

--John Murtha leads the Democrats over the Iraq cliff. He blasts the op-ed written by the two libs from Brookings.

--Birds are acting like liberals and abandoning their chicks. They're avian swingers.

--The Democrats are trying to remove the citizenship requirement for the SCHIP program, that's the health care program for "children."<
