Evans Systems, Inc. Unveils Revenue Generating Three-Tiered Approach.
Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) has revealed its new three-tiered approach to generating revenue over the next several years. The Company displayed its new strategy with a thorough Power Point presentation at the FSX Conference in Washington, D.C., and plans to make the presentation available through its corporate Web site by the end of the week.
The first tier is the Child Watch Network, which markets a point of sale digital signage network featuring local information for missing children interspersed with retail ads. The Company has already acquired 40 initial agreements from Crescent Oil, Pete's Corporation, Barry's Corner LLC, and White Plains Operations LLC to install the network. They have also received a pre-commitment from over 50 Shell convenience stores.
Evans Systems recently developed a sales and marketing relationship that covers the second aspect of the Company's three tier strategy. Evans Systems recently purchased the rights to sell the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) on the international market. The Company expects to market the BSN to a growing number of countries with increasingly large sports audiences. Eight out of 10 adults count themselves as pub goers, with over 15 million people drinking in a pub at least once a week and over 900,000 people relying on beer and pubs for their employment.
The third and newest tier of the new revenue generating strategy is The Billboard Music Academy and Billboard Revolution. These companies will create a Billboard-branded "MySpace" for the music industry; a sophisticated music education platform and an innovative Internet-based virtual recording studio that will allow musicians to interact and record with each other from anywhere in the world. Initial projections produce significant revenue within the first four years, generated by subscription dues, corporate advertising, and branded product sales.
"We've been working diligently to bring together some of the most innovative ideas in the communications, digital signage, and entertainment industries. We are currently estimating strong revenue within the first four years of our new three-tiered approach involving the Child Watch Network, Boondoggle Sports Network, and The Billboard Music Academy," stated Frank Moody, CEO of Evans Systems, Inc. |
