Joe,

I have talked with the company within the last week, and I was told that they were in the "burn-in" phase. Based on this conversation, I took this comment as meaning the company is putting its finishing touches on their new product(s). I do not expect to see any significant changes in earnings except what was announced (and expected) by the company. (The current financial position was forcasted earlier this year.) I do believe, however, that the recent streamlining by the company will cause a better than anticipated earnings report this quarter Q4--but not to the point it will cause any significant reaction on wall street. However, the closer we get to the "expected" OEM announcement the higher the price should go. When the OEM is announced is when the real boon will occur. I look at it this way. If we're right in backing this company--and I believe we are--then we stand to make a lot of money (assuming you have invested in TRCD). On the other hand, if we're wrong, that is part of the risk of investing in the first place. My personal opinion is that we will hear of an OEM soon i.e., within this quarter (Q4). I am convinced that Tricord has what it takes, and yes there is a possibility they won't pull it off, but I believe they will. I have watched the company pretty close for the past year, and I like what I see.

Good luck,

Dennis
