From our side we start with a spokes person who is recognized as the absolute trusted authority to speak for us. That's who they will send, they expect no less from us. hhhhhold it, we don't do things that way. Any time we send someone, half our nation protests against the person, sometimes for good reasons, sometimes for partisan gain. They are not going to respect such a spokes person to do what I've suggested. You wouldn't see that from Iran, Saudi, Quait etc.

I'm not saying we 'can' or 'want' to get buy in the way I've lined it out, I'm just telling you that's what peaceful negotiations would require.
