Christian men who struggle with sexual temptation find that it helps to have a mentor that keeps them accountable.

Struggle with? You mean 'experience', don't you? To experience sexual desire when viewing a married woman is apparenly a sin in your system. Frankly, that sounds nuts to me!

Your idea sounds more Islamic than Christian to me. Christians don't go around encouraging women to wear clothes which remove their sexuality, which seems the logical step given your views on thinking about adultery.

Anyway, how does the Christian man that experiences temptation when he looks at a married woman find the mentor who doesn't have sexual desires for beautiful married women? These mentors sound few and far between, and a few standard deviations outside the normal human being curve. You sure they'd make good mentors?
