John, If I read this statement correctly, Ovis will issue 2.5mil in stock in lieu(instead) of 5mil. Ovis is paying an additional 2.5mil in stock to Rocky. I believe the stock is going to the company and not to shareholders. The 21+mil in assets of the new Rocky include 5mil in Ovis shares. Rocky has done this type of stock swapping in the past. I would prefer to see management do a stock offering. At least real money would be coming into the company. "Olympus said it issued 6,684,750 restricted shares of Rule 144 Legend common stock to Rocky Mountain shareholders and will issue up to 2.5 million restricted shares of Rule 144 Legend common stock to be exchanged in lieu of $5 million"
