Once the Palestinian problem is solved, AQ with time will dissolve, they will have no fuel to recruit. I hope Nazine explains this to you that existence of AQ after the liberation of Afghanistan from the Soviets is the interference of Americans in ME on behalf of Israel. Thus if the Israeli Palestinian situation is resolved, you would have no American interference hence, no reason for AQ to exists.
