Peter Hofman called me back and confirmed they have not heard anything from FDA re: panel participation.

He said he did not think the FDA 11 week notification was a cut and dry sort of thing. In other words, FDA could do as they please and the date set was tentative.

However, he did think it was a good sign they had not heard anything, but CRME would continue to prepare for the panel just in case.
