Lightbridge Launches New Domino-Based Web Site to Provide Easier
Access to Industry, Corporate and Product Information

BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 1997-- Lightbridge, Inc. (NASDAQ:LTBG), a leading provider of
customer acquisition and retention solutions for the global telecommunications industry, today announced it has launched a new
Lotus Domino(tm)-based Web site at lightbridge.com .

Lightbridge built its site utilizing Lotus Domino Web technology, which uses minimal HTML coding. The Web site interacts
with Lightbridge's pre-existing Lotus Notes(r) servers, enabling the company to import information obtained through its
products and services, investor, press and analyst, job applications, and Webmaster e-mail forms directly into its own Notes
databases. The Domino Web technology also enables Lightbridge to easily update and edit the site's content on the fly.

The new site includes easy-to-access information on Lightbridge's Telesto(tm) suite of integrated customer acquisition and
retention solutions, along with news, event participation and corporate, employment, and investor information. The site also
features easy navigation through Lotus Notes search engine capabilities that allow visitors to quickly search content by
relevancy to their function/department and critical business issues, as well as by Lightbridge product and service categories.

''As the pace of change in customer acquisition and retention needs increases for telecommunications carriers, so does the
reliance on timely information that only the Internet can provide,'' said Deborah Pappas, director of marketing at Lightbridge.
''By rebuilding and organizing our site to more accurately reflect the business issues facing our clients, we expect to provide
timely, informative content about the telecom industry.''
