Not only was the sale of the Company's only asset done without shareholder's approval, it was essentially done without shareholders knowledge. The negotiations were done in secret. I actually don't know if it was even legal, but I'd guess a case could be made to at least suggest that the Board and Officers did not fulfill their fiduciary duty. I think we could have auctioned off the leases on Ebay for more than these Bozos got for the CCO Shareholders. On the open market, these leases were probably worth in the hundreds of millions of dollars except for the State's illegal blocking of the drilling. I still own some of these shares, but the only real value was in the potential for those leases. Drilling in Montana sure sounds like the place for a Company named Coastal Caribbean :-).
