Finalized contract with AMC Industries (Tampa based, Outback Steakhouses). New design architect working with H3 and AMC.
Dr. Ben's Office is 116 John Street right near wallstreet.
CEF is providing the executive management services for H3.
Dr. Ben plans to devote the rest of his life to H3.
Leon Elis, in charge of construction and restaraunt development. In position to have store open in a couple months.
Retained pros in Florida that will bring firm structure to the development process.
Not just construction, but streamline operation to achieve profitability.
Developing training and operational management manual to streamline process and ensure consistency in all locations.
"This is about Empowerment through investment."
Pop n go Popcorn will be in the HHSS. Revenue stream and job creation.
H3 Players Video gaming league. Jordan Ellison
Working with Meridian Beverage Company, Jason Maples, starting a beverage division, cooper tea, white tea nutritional benefits. Meridian already has distribution contracts with major retailers.
The number one priority right now is to get the first store opened.
Hopefully be working with Microsoft as they role out their new game Halo 3. In discussions with Microsoft, but thats all they would say. Obviously, they need MS expertise for the XBox game consoles in the store.
H3 TV is still in development, its a great concept but the focus is on the Soda Shop right now.
New design on both company websites (H3inc and HipHopSodaShop).
H3 donated a million shares to Russell Simmons charity in NYC.
Frank Gore has expressed interest in the Hip Hop Soda Shop and Dr. Ben has been in talks with many other pro athletes and Hip Hop Artists. |
